


Jason E. Lagas
Jason E. Lagas joined West & Rosa, LLP in 2016. Born in New Jersey, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers University, in 2005, graduating with Highest Honors. He was President of the Pre-Law Society, member of the Phi Alpha Theta (National History Honorary Fraternity) and member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. He was the recipient of the David Robert Friedlander Memorial Award (awarded to the graduating history major student with the highest cumulative GPA in history courses). Thereafter, he moved to San Diego and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in 2007. Mr. Lagas focuses on general liability matters including premises liability, products liability, government entity defense, and motor vehicle and commercial trucking litigation throughout California. He also practices in the areas of medical malpractice and hospital litigation.
Outside of the office, Mr. Lagas loves spending time with his wife, three children and friends. He also enjoys rooting for the New York Giants and Yankees.
